We are looking for volunteers to support pupils facing disadvantage in maths or English. Got an hour a week to spare? Find out more!

Looking to make a difference? Join us online and find out about becoming a volunteer tutor with Action Tutoring. Help students boost their confidence and skills in a relaxed, supportive environment. It’s a great way to give back and connect with others—all from the comfort of your home or in our partner schools local to you.

Every child deserves the chance to succeed, regardless of their background. Action Tutoring is a charity dedicated to closing the attainment gap and creating a more equitable future for young people.

We're building a diverse community of tutors passionate about educational equity. We are seeking dedicated volunteers from all walks of life to tutor and support pupils facing socio-economic disadvantage in maths and English. By volunteering for just one hour a week, you will support children to build their confidence and help ensure they leave school with the grades needed to build a bright future, as well as developing your own skills.

If you’re interested in helping but want to learn a bit more about online volunteering with us first, this event is for you! Sign up via the Action Tutoring Eventbrite page or below.

Join the first 15 minutes for a presentation about why Action Tutoring exists and what volunteering with us entails. In the second 15 minutes, you’ll have the opportunity to talk with one of our friendly staff members and any questions you may have.

By registering for this session you agree to receive emails about Action Tutoring's volunteer opportunities. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time.
