The purpose of this role is to provide friendly, supportive, and reliable first‑point‑of‑contact telephone assistance to callers. Volunteers help inform callers about Age Connects West Midlands services, respond to general enquiries, and signpost individuals to appropriate internal services or external organisations when needed.
This role plays an essential part in ensuring that callers feel welcomed, informed, and supported.
