We are looking for a volunteer to engage other volunteers at our Hall Gren centre as required, and to liaise with families regarding attendances and queries.

The post holder places adverts and arranges interviews for volunteer requirements at our Hall green Centre, 93B School Road, Hall Green B28 8JQ. In addition they liaise with families via email or mobile for family time contact attendances or queries, via a loaned laptop and mobile phone.

This is a management team position and attendance at monthly meetings for the duration of approx. one hour is required.

This role requires organisational and people skills dealing with members of the public.

Supporting volunteers and helping children keep in touch and spend valuable time with the parent or other relative(s) whom they no longer live with, often due to difficult, challenging or unhappy situations, is the impact that you will have.

The post is for our Hall Green Centre and does not usually require attendance, however, there are times when attendance may be useful.
