As our Digital Shop Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring it is well stocked, attractive, and easy to use, while exploring new opportunities to increase sales.

Tasks may include:

  • Researching and identifying new products that would appeal to our community of sufferers and supporters
  • Assisting with supplier relationships, stock ordering, and product delivery
  • Helping with pricing, product descriptions, and imagery for the shop
  • Coordinating and supporting the launch of new products
  • Monitoring stock levels and helping to maintain accurate records
  • Tracking sales performance and identifying opportunities to grow income
  • Working with the wider team to promote products via email and social media

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, or product management (desirable)
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to research and spot new product opportunities
  • Strong communication skills to work with suppliers and team members
  • IT confidence and willingness to learn digital shop systems
  • Creative thinking and an interest in health, wellbeing, or charitable retail
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, while keeping in touch with the team

Why volunteer with us?

Every sale from our shop helps fund Bladder Health UK’s vital services, including our national Advice Line, webinars, patient information resources, and campaigns. By growing our online shop, you’ll not only help raise money but also provide sufferers with useful, relevant products that can improve their daily lives. This is a rewarding opportunity to combine your retail skills with a cause that changes lives.
