Detailed description
What will you be doing?
As a Social Media Assistant, you’ll help us grow awareness of bladder health by supporting our campaigns and content creation. You’ll work closely with our Social Media Lead and the wider team to keep our platforms fresh, engaging, and informative.
Your tasks may include:
- Assisting in creating social media posts and graphics using Canva
- Scheduling content across platforms
- Engaging with followers by responding to comments and messages
- Researching relevant hashtags, trends, and ideas to boost reach
- Supporting campaigns by sharing content across groups and communities
- Collecting analytics and engagement data for reporting
- Helping brainstorm new content ideas and creative approaches
- Occasionally supporting live social coverage for events or webinars
What are we looking for?
- Confidence using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X
- Basic design skills (Canva experience ideal, but training can be provided)
- Good written communication skills
- Enthusiasm, creativity, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow brand guidelines
- Interest in healthcare or charitable work is a bonus, but not essential
