Volunteer Trustees
The Opportunity
We’re looking for new trustees to join our Board with a variety of sills needed. Either someone with public relations and communications expertise who can help us tell our story more powerfully, amplify our voice or with financial expertise to ensure our funds and resources are used to maximum impact. Any other business disciplines are equally welcome to fulfill a generalist Trustee role.
As a trustee, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the charity’s future direction.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Advising on messaging, brand positioning, and media opportunities.
- Helping us raise awareness of our mission through compelling campaigns and storytelling.
- Acting as an ambassador for the charity in your networks and beyond.
- OR
- You don’t need to be a qualified accountant but you will be supporting on forecasting and cash flows, building our financial resilience and seizing opportunities to grow.

We are a counselling centre in the heart of Birmingham. We are dedicated to providing a low cost first class face to face counselling service for adults from Birmingham and the surrounding area, who can travel to meet a counsellor here. We are also able to provide a telephone and video counselling service. Through counselling, we can assist you with a range of issues, and have been helping in this way for over 50 years.
