Fundraising in a supermarket

I am looking for volunteers to support Family Fund by manning a stands at a local superstore. They will be engaging shoppers and collecting donations via buckets or by encouraging them to swipe a QR code for cashless donations. They must also be happy to talk about the charity, which helps families on low income who are raising children with disabilities or a serious illness, funding basic essentials like washing machines, fridge- freezers, beds and bedding, specialist play equipment, and days out or family breaks to make precious memories.

This is an experience that will help the fundraisers gain confidence at talking to the general public, and know they are making a positive difference to the lives of local families are really struggling with the demands of caring for a child with often complex medical needs. They will also be helping to raise awareness about Family Fund, letting more people know that this resource is available to support local families who need help.
