We’re seeking friendly volunteers to support children and families at both days of our October half-term holiday club with activities and keeping children safe.
Volunteer at Our October Half-Term Holiday Club
IN UNITY WE RISE C.I.C. provides fun, inclusive holiday activities for children and families during the school holidays. We are looking for friendly, reliable and enthusiastic volunteers to support our two October half-term sessions on Tuesday 27th and Friday 30th October 2026.
We would ideally like volunteers who can attend both days.
Volunteers will help our team to:
- Set up and pack away activities
- Support children with games, arts, crafts and other activities
- Engage positively with children and families
- Help supervise activities and maintain a safe environment
- Help with refreshments and general organisation
- Make sure children feel welcomed, included and supported
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with children and families, develop communication and teamwork skills, and make a positive difference within the local community.
Volunteers will work alongside and be supported by the IN UNITY WE RISE C.I.C. team throughout the sessions.
Location: Christ Church, Burney Lane, Birmingham, B8 2AS.
