Young people aged 16–25 helping shape youth wellbeing projects, discussions, and mental health support through safe community conversations.

Are you aged 16–25 and passionate about mental health, wellbeing, and making a difference in your community?

In Unity We Rise C.I.C. is looking for young volunteers to join our “Young Voices, Stronger Minds” Youth Voice Group.

This is a safe and supportive space where young people can openly discuss challenges affecting youth today, share ideas, and help shape projects that support mental health and wellbeing in schools and communities.

Volunteers will:

• Take part in group discussions and activities

• Share ideas and lived experiences

• Help raise awareness around youth wellbeing

• Support community campaigns and events

• Build confidence, leadership, and communication skills

• Meet new people in a positive environment

Discussion topics may include:

• Mental health and wellbeing

• Anxiety and stress

• Social media pressures

• Confidence and self-esteem

• School and college support

• Youth empowerment and relationships

No experience is needed  just honesty, respect, and willingness to take part.
