Volunteer Fundraiser

Radio Lollipop in Birmingham works within Birmingham Children's Hospital, offering a combination of radio and play to support the children, provide fun and improve wellbeing. Radio Lollipop manages and delivers its service entirely by volunteers. We are looking for a volunteer with some fundraising experience to join the team. This post would identify funding opportunities and coordinate fundraising activities. A good knowledge of social media and good communication skills would be advantages. The role is flexible, can be carried out remotely with the possibility of visiting organisations. There are no set hours. The role requires familiarisation of Radio Lollipop through induction , monthly attendance within the studio to maintain a connection with the team, attend supervision with the local Chair and involvement in team meetings. A DBS will be required.
