What We're Looking For
- Creative Leader: Experience leading marketing teams, ideally in the arts or creative sectors.
- Marketing Expert: Skilled across digital marketing, social media, brand building, and campaign management.
- Strategic Thinker: Data-driven, results-focused, and innovative in reaching diverse audiences.
- Strong Communicator: Able to craft inspiring messaging and handle PR with confidence.
- Passionate About Arts Bonus: A true believer in the power of creativity to drive change.
What difference will you make?
We're looking for a volunteer Head of Marketing to help Seven Winds CIC grow its presence and impact. You’ll create greater visibility for our work, help position our brand for success, and support our fundraising efforts. Your creativity and passion will directly contribute to changing lives, opening doors for more opportunities and partnerships. If you want to use your marketing skills to make a real difference in the community, we’d love to have you on our journey.

Seven Winds CIC creates safe, inclusive creative spaces for marginalised people who self-identify as BAME, LGBTQ+, disabled, and neurodiverse.We work with people at various stages of their journey to explore, create, and share honest, challenging, innovative work that moves us towards a more inclusive global society.
Our projects are designed to help people overcome the real and perceived barriers to achieving their goals. We provide a range of services including, creative digital media content, mental health and wellbeing support, and youth-led creative training programmes. Our creative programmes are focal points for change in aspirations and skills, which equip people with the tools they need to live happy, fulfilling lives, enabling them to make positive contributions to their community.
