Detailed description
The Admin Volunteer provides vital administrative support remotely, helping the organisation run smoothly and efficiently. Working from home or another suitable location, this role involves a range of tasks that support staff, volunteers, and participants digitally.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and updating digital records, spreadsheets, and databases
- Responding to emails, online inquiries, and messages promptly and professionally
- Preparing documents, reports, and resources for virtual meetings, events, or online groups
- Assisting with online event registration, bookings, or scheduling
- Supporting virtual communication channels such as newsletters, forums, or social media updates
- Maintaining accurate participant and volunteer information while ensuring confidentiality
- Assisting with research or online information gathering as needed
This role requires good organisational and IT skills, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to communicate effectively online. The Online Admin Volunteer plays a key role in keeping the organisation connected, organised, and able to deliver high-quality services to the community.
