Face-to-face admin role supporting disability mentoring; check-ins, bookings, notes, emails, client follow-ups and triage, 10am–1pm in a Morrisons community spa

This role is based in a community space within Morrisons and runs from 10:00am to 1:00pm. It involves providing on-site administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of disability support mentoring sessions.

Key responsibilities include welcoming and checking in clients as they arrive for their appointments, ensuring they feel comfortable and supported within the environment. The role requires effective organisation and attention to detail when booking follow-up meetings, updating schedules, and maintaining accurate and confidential client records.

Administrative duties include taking clear session notes, responding to emails and enquiries in a timely and professional manner, and liaising with clients to chase up outstanding actions or appointments. The role also involves completing triage processes, gathering relevant information to help assess client needs and ensure they are directed to appropriate support services.

Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently are essential, as the role supports both clients and mentors in a busy community setting.
