Manages daily operations, liaises with coordinators and leads, ensures tasks meet objectives, and supports staff with problem-solving, feedback, and complaints.
As a Service Co-ordinator, you will oversee daily operations, work closely with team leads and other coordinators, and ensure staff understand their roles and priorities. You’ll support problem-solving, encourage new ideas, and respond to feedback and complaints to maintain a high-quality service.
Through this experience, you will strengthen your leadership, communication, and decision-making skills while gaining valuable operational management experience. Your impact will be seen in improved teamwork, efficient service delivery, and a positive, supportive environment for both staff and service users.
