Provides helpline support, mentoring, regular check-ins and friendship groups, helping individuals build confidence, wellbeing and connection.

The Support Advisor works as a coach and mentor, providing person-centred support to individuals accessing our services. The role focuses on promoting wellbeing, confidence, independence, and social connection through consistent engagement and supportive relationships.


Key Responsibilities


  • Provide empathetic and professional support through the helpline, responding to enquiries and offering guidance, reassurance, and signposting where appropriate.
  • Deliver one-to-one mentoring and coaching sessions tailored to individual needs and personal goals.
  • Carry out regular wellbeing check-ins to monitor progress, provide encouragement, and identify any additional support required.
  • Facilitate and support friendship groups, helping create safe, inclusive spaces that reduce isolation and encourage positive social interaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions while respecting confidentiality and safeguarding standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure consistent, high-quality support across services.
