Join TellwithSabrina C.I.C as a Volunteer Personal Assistant to the CEO. Support emotional and mental well-being initiatives while gaining valuable experience.

TellwithSabrina CIC, an emotional and mental well-being organisation for girls and women in Birmingham, is seeking a dedicated volunteer to serve as a Personal Assistant to the CEO. Our mission is to empower young women through counselling, mentoring, workshops, and well-being activities, fostering resilience and emotional health within the community.

Impact:

As a Personal Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the CEO, ensuring effective management of schedules, meetings, and client interactions. Your contributions will directly impact the organisation's ability to deliver essential services to those in need.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the CEO's schedule and appointments.

- Organise meetings and prepare agendas.

- Handle correspondence and maintain professional communication with clients and stakeholders.

- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and other administrative software.

- Excellent timekeeping and organisational skills, with a flexible approach to changing priorities.

- A clean driving license is required for potential travel, and access to a car is preferred.

- A DBS check is necessary based on responsibilities.
