Detailed description
Our charitable beneficiary, Radical Recruit, will be implementing Microsoft Dynamics. We will be supporting the implementation by providing a team of technical and data volunteers.
At The Cloud Crew, all of our technical implementations are designed to support skilled job-seekers to gain practical, referenceable experience to add to their CV. We refer to this part of our community as Junior Consultants.
We are looking for volunteer technical coaches to support our Junior Consultants through the implementation of the platform. We refer to our experienced, professional volunteers as Seior Consultants.
The implementation will be done in phases, so we are looking for experienced Microsoft Dynamics Administrators and Developers to help with various work packages.
We are looking for support to implement contact management, event management, to link a registration form from the website into a lead and other functionality. We will transform their organisation from stand-alone spreadsheets and manual processes, to a digital-first environment. The efficiencies in administration will mean that the Radical team can support more vulnerable people into work. The work they do is incredible and we want to help them to make even more impact.
Our organisation supports job seekers - from under-represented backgrounds - to gain experience in tech and digital roles, as well as supporting non-profit organisations with digital transformation. The digital transformation of non-profit organisations means that they can spend more time supporting their service users - providing more 1:1 time and more events.
Your support will create impact for both individuals and communities and will provide a very rewarding experience. You'll also build new connections and learn along the way too!

We complete digital transformation projects for charities and support unemployed people to gain work experience. The role of the industry professionals is to guide unemployed people through the digital transformation projects. If you have technical, project management, product management or digital marketing skills, we'd love to hear from you. If you would like to mentor an unemployed person, we can also support you to develop your mentoring skills and connect you with someone that would love to have your support.
