We are looking for some support from a CRM developer - preferably someone with Zoho experience to help set up some workflows.
Detailed description
As a Community Interest Company, we have started to implement Zoho CRM to manage our volunteers, projects, events, marketing campaigns, sponsors and funders.
Have established some functionality (defining fields for contacts, adding a sign-up page from our website that auto-populates into the CRM) we have recognised how much time it is taking for us to work our how to set up the system and we have probably reached our limit in terms of capabilities.
We would be very grateful for the support of someone that has volunteer time available to help to complete the set up. Having the data in one place and more workflows automated, will mean that we can do more to serve our community of job seekers.
The volunteer can provide micro-volunteer slots whenever time is available, or several solid days. We know what we want to achieve and have used CRM's in the past, in earnest.
