Admin Lead for a disability service, managing referrals, general enquiries, KPIs, response times, requests, and service changes with Coordinators.
As an Admin Lead within a disability support service, you will oversee and coordinate administrative operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery. My responsibilities include managing referrals, enquiries, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and response times, and maintaining accurate records. I work closely with the Coordinator team to manage service requests, implement support changes, resolve administrative issues, and ensure compliance with organisational procedures. I also support continuous service improvement by tracking performance, identifying areas for development, and ensuring a positive experience for service users and stakeholders.
