The Marketing, Partnerships, Fundraising & Liaison Lead builds awareness, partnerships, fundraising opportunities and stakeholder relationships for WMDA.
The Marketing, Partnerships, Fundraising & Liaison Lead is responsible for helping WM Disability Action raise awareness of its work, develop partnerships, identify fundraising opportunities and maintain positive relationships with organisations, community groups, businesses and other stakeholders.
The role combines marketing, communications, partnership development, fundraising and external liaison to help the organisation grow its reach, develop new opportunities and strengthen support for disabled people across the West Midlands.
The postholder will represent WM Disability Action professionally and help ensure that our work, services, events, volunteering opportunities and impact are communicated clearly and accessibly.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Communications
- Support the development of WM Disability Action’s marketing and communications activity.
- Promote our services, mentoring, community activities, events and volunteering opportunities.
- Help create accessible social media posts, promotional materials, newsletters and other communications.
- Work with the wider team to collect stories, achievements and impact information.
- Help maintain consistent organisational branding and messaging.
- Identify opportunities to increase awareness and engagement across the West Midlands.
- Support campaigns and promotional activities throughout the year.
