Supports WMDA’s day-to-day operations, ensuring teams are organised, priorities delivered, and KPIs and targets are monitored and achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support the day-to-day operational running of the organisation.
- Monitor KPIs, targets and performance across teams and services.
- Work with Team Leads to identify gaps, delays and areas needing improvement.
- Ensure agreed actions and targets are followed up and completed.
- Support operational planning, systems and processes.
- Monitor staff and volunteer capacity and organisational needs.
- Provide regular updates to the CEO and Board on operational performance.
- Help ensure services and projects are delivered effectively and on time.
- Support continuous improvement across the organisation.
Person Specification
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience working with a CIC, charity, voluntary organisation or community organisation.
- Experience supporting or managing organisational operations.
- Experience monitoring KPIs, targets and performance.
- Ability to identify when targets are not being met and support teams to improve.
- Strong organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with different teams and support Team Leads.
- Commitment to WMDA's mission, values and work with disabled people.
