The Partnerships & Liaison Officer will help build and maintain positive relationships with organisations, community groups, businesses and services.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with community organisations, businesses and local services.
  • Identify and develop new partnership opportunities.
  • Act as a point of contact for partner organisations.
  • Support joint projects, events and community activities.
  • Liaise with organisations to improve opportunities and support for disabled people.
  • Attend meetings, networking events and partnership activities on behalf of the organisation.
  • Maintain a record of partnerships, contacts and ongoing opportunities.
  • Help identify services, activities and opportunities that could benefit our members.
  • Work with other team members to develop referrals, signposting and collaborative projects.
  • Support the organisation in developing a strong network of community and strategic partners.
