The Partnerships & Liaison Officer will help build and maintain positive relationships with organisations, community groups, businesses and services.
Key responsibilities:
- Build relationships with community organisations, businesses and local services.
- Identify and develop new partnership opportunities.
- Act as a point of contact for partner organisations.
- Support joint projects, events and community activities.
- Liaise with organisations to improve opportunities and support for disabled people.
- Attend meetings, networking events and partnership activities on behalf of the organisation.
- Maintain a record of partnerships, contacts and ongoing opportunities.
- Help identify services, activities and opportunities that could benefit our members.
- Work with other team members to develop referrals, signposting and collaborative projects.
- Support the organisation in developing a strong network of community and strategic partners.
