The Autumn Equinox Festival is a free community celebration focused on wellness, abundance and nature.

Come and be part of the Autumn Equinox Allotment Festival celebrations.

This free community festival will bring people together for a day celebrating abundance, nature and the land, with food stalls, fresh plant products, wellness discussions and workshops, music, entertainment and plenty of opportunities to connect with the local community.

We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic volunteers to help us make the day a success!

Volunteers may support with a range of activities, including:

  • Welcoming and directing visitors
  • Helping with setting up and packing away
  • Supporting stalls, workshops and activity areas
  • Providing general assistance throughout the festival
  • Helping us create a warm, welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone attending

You don't need previous volunteering experience – just a positive attitude, willingness to get involved and enthusiasm for supporting a community event.

Organised by With Nature In Mind in partnership with The Red Earth Collective and in collaboration with Uplands Allotment Co-operative Association, the festival brings together local residents, families, growers, artists, and wellness practitioners for an afternoon of community connection and outdoor activities.

Volunteers will be provided with lunch and reimbursed for travel expenses of up to £10.
