Following the success of Abí Olùgbàlà , Tan Mole is forming a community theatre group and inviting actors, storytellers, and performers!

Hey… stories still matter.

Last Christmas, we made history by performing Britain's first-ever Nativity Musical in Yoruba, Abí Olùgbàlà ! It was a phenomenal success and the venue had more people standing than sitting because the community who showed up en masse!

Following the success of Abí Olùgbàlà , Tàn Mọ́lẹ̀ is forming a community theatre group and inviting actors, storytellers, and performers who believe theatre can uplift, heal, and unite.

Tàn Mọ́lẹ̀ is a cultural community initiative that celebrates the Yorùbá culture and promotes the Yorùbá language. Just like the Yorùbá people, every encounter, event and experience is vibrant, uplifting and fulfilling!

This opportunity is open to people of all backgrounds — whether you’re experienced, returning after a break, or exploring acting in a supportive space for the first time.

Our work values expression, movement, voice, and meaning, with inspiration drawn from African storytelling traditions and contemporary theatre.

This is a volunteering role, carried out with professional care and purpose.

If you’re ready to belong to a theatre family — the door is open.

Please fill out the attached Application Form. Use it to introduce yourself and your interest in theatre.

Auditions will take place on Saturday 14th of February and 21st of February, with the possibility of additional dates.

Don't miss this opportunity. This might be the fulfilment you have been searching for!
