Volunteer And Become A Public Speaking Coaching Assistant

We have pioneered an iconic community-focused series of Public Speaking courses, and we are in need of more individuals who have an authentic desire to empower others while learning to become a Public Speaking Coaching Assistant.

Within just one month of starting the Tell and Share Project, we have seen significant transformation in the lives of participants and made a significant impact in the community! Organised by i60 Community Interest Company, the Tell and Share Project has the objective of empowering people to tell their stories and share their experiences through our courses and workshops in public speaking. 

Public Speaking is an art and skill that we all need for a lifetime. Sadly, this is a skill that many of us were not taught in school. The results of not being exposed to such developmental coaching at a younger age vary from trembling with fear whenever we have to address an audience to finding it difficult to seamlessly answer questions during job interviews. In some cases, people have missed out on valuable opportunities in life due to stage-fright and lack of confidence!

The good news is that, through our empowering learning experiences at the Tell and Share Project, individuals are able to overcome these challenges and learn how to convincingly express themselves with confidence and clarity.

Currently, we run the following Public Speaking courses:

• Public Speaking For Children 
• Public Speaking For Teens
• Public Speaking Masters Course (for adults of all ages)

However, as demand increases, so do the needs of the project increase. Moreover, by popular demand, we are going to be conducting our classes in more locations! Furthermore, in addition to needing more volunteers to serve as Coaching Assistants for the above courses, we need volunteers for our new series of public speaking workshops and "bootcamps":

• Public Speaking For Girls
• The Speaking Clinic
• CAMP 4:13
• My Story Matters
• Public Speaking For Today's Woman

Primarily, as a Public Speaking Coaching Assistant, you would be working with and learning directly from a reputable international award-winning Public Speaking Coach. Additionally, this volunteering role also includes the following duties:

• Ensuring that the designated training room is ready and set;
• Assisting the Coach with conducting role plays and group exercises;
• Coordinating the participants as needed; and
• You will be expected to closely observe the Coach, with the hope of possibly conducting segments of the class in the future.

You choose the days that work best for you and we would be delighted if you can give 2+ hours each week. It is important to us that you spend good quality time with your family and loved ones. It is also essential to take time off for yourself and do the things that you enjoy! Therefore, if there is a week that you would not be available, all that we ask is that you let us know a week in advance.

Due to the diverse ages of our course participants, we gladly welcome applications from all age groups aged 18 and above.
