We are looking for people with a passion to help others to join our Money Advice Service. Volunteering hours are mornings or afternoons, Monday - Friday.
From our Money Advice office in Newtown we deliver advice and support relating to welfare, benefits and debts. We are looking for Volunteer Reception and Administration Assistant to support us in daily tasks including:
· Welcoming clients
· Answering general enquiries
· Taking room bookings
· Sorting post
· Filing
· Liaising with staff when clients arrive
· Dealing with telephone calls and enquiries
· Data Inputting
This is a great opportunity to use your existing talents, gain new skills and increase confidence. All volunteers have the chance to gain practical experience to support their career and personal development. It's a great chance to do something valuable and rewarding, helping people in our local communities get the help they need.
