The Coffin Works are looking for new volunteers to join our current team. We have a number of roles available.
We are looking for Tour Guides, Front of House, Room Enablers and Cafe Volunteers.

What’s involved?
· Leading visitors around the museum for an hour
· Engaging visitors with the history and stories of the Coffin Works and Birmingham
· Researching and learning content for each room of the museum
· Learning about the Coffin Works as a whole
· Operating the machinery in the Stamp Room safely for demonstration purposes (optional)
· Assisting people with disabilities to access information and interpretation
· Being responsible for the evacuation of visitors in an emergency
· Helping to protect our collection during opening hours
