We are seeking volunteers to provide comprehensive administrative support that ensures the efficient day-to-day operation of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office administration and reception duties.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas and minutes.
- Maintain filing systems and organisational databases.
- Process correspondence and respond to enquiries.
- Support HR administration, recruitment, and onboarding.
- Assist with finance administration including invoices and purchase orders.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Support governance and compliance documentation.
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office.
- Experience using databases and CRM systems.
- Ability to prioritise workloads.
