To help learners develop the digital confidence and practical skills needed for employment, education, and everyday life through inclusive training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver digital skills training at beginner to intermediate levels.
- Teach Microsoft Office, email, internet safety, online forms, and digital communication.
- Support learners using online services such as banking, job searching, and NHS services.
- Assess learner progress and maintain records.
- Adapt teaching methods to individual needs.
- Promote safe and responsible use of technology.
- Support learners to achieve accredited qualifications where appropriate.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience teaching digital skills.
- Strong IT knowledge.
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
- Understanding of adult learning principles.
