To help learners develop the digital confidence and practical skills needed for employment, education, and everyday life through inclusive training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver digital skills training at beginner to intermediate levels. 
  • Teach Microsoft Office, email, internet safety, online forms, and digital communication. 
  • Support learners using online services such as banking, job searching, and NHS services. 
  • Assess learner progress and maintain records. 
  • Adapt teaching methods to individual needs. 
  • Promote safe and responsible use of technology. 
  • Support learners to achieve accredited qualifications where appropriate. 

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience teaching digital skills. 
  • Strong IT knowledge. 
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills. 
  • Understanding of adult learning principles.
