To deliver engaging English language education that improves learners' confidence, communication skills, employability, and integration into the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver ESOL lessons for learners at different levels. 
  • Conduct learner assessments and individual learning plans. 
  • Monitor attendance and learner progress. 
  • Prepare learning resources. 
  • Support learners towards accredited qualifications where appropriate. 
  • Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion. 
  • Maintain accurate learner records. 
  • Participate in quality assurance activities. 

Skills & Experience:

  • Teaching qualification (desirable). 
  • ESOL teaching experience. 
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Experience working with diverse communities.
