To deliver engaging English language education that improves learners' confidence, communication skills, employability, and integration into the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver ESOL lessons for learners at different levels.
- Conduct learner assessments and individual learning plans.
- Monitor attendance and learner progress.
- Prepare learning resources.
- Support learners towards accredited qualifications where appropriate.
- Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion.
- Maintain accurate learner records.
- Participate in quality assurance activities.
Skills & Experience:
- Teaching qualification (desirable).
- ESOL teaching experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience working with diverse communities.
