We are seeking volunteers to provide IT support that enables staff and volunteers to work efficiently while maintaining secure technology systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line IT support. 
  • Install and configure computers, laptops, printers, and software. 
  • Manage Microsoft 365 accounts and permissions. 
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues. 
  • Support remote working technologies. 
  • Maintain IT inventory. 
  • Ensure cybersecurity procedures are followed. 
  • Liaise with external IT providers where necessary. 

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in IT support. 
  • Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and cloud services. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills. 
  • Strong customer service approach.
