We are seeking volunteers to provide IT support that enables staff and volunteers to work efficiently while maintaining secure technology systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line IT support.
- Install and configure computers, laptops, printers, and software.
- Manage Microsoft 365 accounts and permissions.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Support remote working technologies.
- Maintain IT inventory.
- Ensure cybersecurity procedures are followed.
- Liaise with external IT providers where necessary.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in IT support.
- Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and cloud services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service approach.
