SUMMER HOLIDAY SCHEME VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITY Join our Summer Holiday Activity Scheme in Small Heath or Lozells for 4 week from Tuesday 21th July 2026.

SUMMER HOLIDAY VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY 

 

We will be running Summer Holiday Activity Scheme in Small Heath and Lozells for 4 week from Tuesday 21th July 2026.  The scheme will run as follows: 

  

 Small Heath Address: Darul Uloom, 525 Coventry Road, B10 0LL  

 

 Tuesday 21 July to Thursday 23 July, then every Monday to Wednesday until 12 August and a final date at Monday 17th of August.

 

 9.00am – 12.45pm Morning primary school aged session and 1.15pm – 4.45pm Afternoon secondary aged session.

 

 Lozells Address: CF Building - 20 St Silas Square, B19 1QW

 

 Tuesday 21 July to Friday 24 July, then every Monday to Wednesday until 13 August.

 

 9.00am – 12.45pm Morning primary school aged session and 1.15pm – 5pm Afternoon secondary aged session.

 

 The scheme will be open to children aged 5 -16.  We will provide a healthy breakfast and a hot lunch.  

 

 Work Days: You will be required to work for 3 days per week (Thursday will be a day trip, for which staff are not required. Volunteers can attend for free) 

  

 Work Times: 

 9.00 am – 4.45pm (Small Heath) 

 

 9.00 am - 5.00pm (Lozells) 

  

 As you have previously worked with us, I am contacting you to find out if you would be interested in the holiday scheme.  Details are below.  

  

 There will be a mixture of indoor activities and outdoor activities for children aged 5 – 16 years old

  

 Dress code: sports/Casual, loose-fitted clothing and trainers 

  

 Please let me know asap by Friday 26th June, if you are interested in the role and your preferred work location and are able to attend all work days.
