About Smile Mediation

Are you passionate about helping others resolve conflict and build stronger relationships? Smile Mediation is looking for volunteer mediators in Birmingham to support our expanding services in the region. As a registered charity and social enterprise with over 25 years of experience, Smile Mediation empowers individuals, communities, and workplaces to manage and resolve conflict constructively. While our head office is based in Lancashire, we work across the UK — and we are now actively recruiting volunteers in Birmingham to join our growing team. This is a rewarding opportunity to gain valuable mediation experience, make a real difference in people’s lives, and help promote peace and understanding in your local community. Free mediation training is provided for volunteers who can commit to supporting us for at least 12 months. You’ll also receive ongoing support, skills development, and the chance to be part of a supportive, purpose-driven team. Whether you're just starting out or looking to give back, we’d love to hear from you.
