Essential Qualities
- Strong communication skills — Speaks clearly, confidently and naturally; able to hold a conversation without sounding scripted.
- Team‑focused attitude — Works collaboratively with the main host, producers and guests; comfortable sharing airtime.
- Reliability and punctuality — Shows up on time, prepared, and committed to regular slots.
- Positive on‑air personality — Warm, engaging, and able to build rapport with listeners.
- Adaptability under pressure — Handles unexpected moments, technical hiccups or last‑minute changes calmly.
- Good listening skills — Responds naturally to the main host and guests; doesn’t talk over others.
- Basic technical awareness — Comfortable with studio equipment, cues, and simple production tasks (training can be given).
