Corporate Volunteering

Corporate volunteering, also known as Employer-Supported Volunteering (ESV), is when businesses offer their employees paid time off from their regular duties to take part in volunteering activities. This may mean organising group volunteer days, fundraising for good causes or promoting opportunities for individual employees to share their skills. ESV benefits the employer, employees, and the community. Businesses benefit by boosting employee morale, improving health and skills and by enhancing their reputation.
