Corporate Volunteering
Corporate volunteering, also known as Employer-Supported Volunteering (ESV), is when businesses give employees paid time away from their usual work to volunteer.
This could include organising a team volunteering day, fundraising for a good cause, or giving employees time to use their skills to support a community organisation.
It’s a great way for businesses to make a positive difference while helping employees build skills, boost their wellbeing and feel more connected to their community.
