Seeking someone to look after the indoor plants and outdoor planters in our friendly community building. Very light volunteering role!
This is a very light volunteering role to suit someone who loves plants and only has a little time to spare or spare energy!
Our wonderful community building, The Warehouse in Digbeth, has some indoor plants in our offices, cafe and corridors and we don't find we have the time to give them the attention they'd like. If you can help us repot, propagate, feed, prune, talk to and generally care for our plans we would be so grateful. Hours pretty flexible and very light (once a month for a couple of hours?) There are also three outdoor planters and the small beds around our three trees that would appreciate some care if you like being outdoors and have extra time.
Volunteering can help you develop skills, feel more confident, combat isolation and give you something extra on your CV. Tea, fun and good company guaranteed!
Please contact us if you’re interested and we can arrange a chat and show you the building and its plants!
