Home visiting an older person once a week / fortnight / month Or Befriending i.e. chatting over a cup of tea, going out for a walk together

Mans the helpline, listens to callers, and responds to queries from parents and carers. Offers initial advice, reassurance, and signposting.

Supports families during school meetings, EHCP processes, and appeals. Helps parents prep key points, understand their rights, and ensures their voice is heard.

Provides one-to-one or small group mentoring support to children with SEND who may struggle with school attendance, anxiety confidence, & emotional regulation
